A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.
