Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Established over 80 years ago London Builders are FMB & NHBC registered & operate in Greater London providing a comprehensive range of services for residential properties from design and construction through to refurbishment, repairs & re-decoration.
They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. SMK turned up promptly after I posted the leaking bathroom ceiling following Storm Ciaran last November. The roof repair/ceiling work was agreed to be no more than £15,800. The scaffolding went up but within 48 hrs they discovered rotten wood under the tiles and the quote doubled another £15k. They demanded the extra money but after £8,450 I called a halt. They said they had replaced the woodwork but there are woodworm visible rafters. The guttering and ceilings are incomplete.
