Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Kept in contact and the work was done with some changes as they assessed on the job and were mindful of not creating a bigger job. Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. Very quick response from David and he got straight to business. Very professional, did an amazing job on a very overgrown garden and left it all looking very neat and tidy indeed. Worked about 6 hours on v hot day. I don't normally give five stars but his work was first class!
