Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Patrick and team are highly professional and gave an excellent finishing work with an elegant look and feel, created new single hard-stand driveway, with Retaining walls and beautiful paving across. As I do not had any knowledge around requirements from highways and condition from planning on requirements like gradient on slop for new driveway, Retaining walls, Patrick explained and took the driveway work from scratch to finish plus he is also going to complete wo with dropping the kerb. Mihai was amazing - the best trade's person who has walked through my door. Always on time , clean and respectful and honest. He did an incredible job with my paving and fences and he was so meticulous and precise. He had to carry approx 70 heavy bags of dirt up my stairs and then down another stairs and never once complained - an extremely hard worker. His fee was extremely competitive compared to the other quote's I received. I was very lucky I had Mihai to complete the work.
