Mark did an excellent job, he was great at communicating and was the only bidder to provide me with a range of options and prices to solve my Fencing issues and he offered a guarantee. UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.

At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Theo and Wesley on my back garden. They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price. Very unprofessional and had no idea about any of the plumbing or electrical work based on my personal experience as the the guy AK is not qualified as a plumber or a builder and relies on a couple of guys who had problems to understand work details hence they often argue with AK about the work and the agreed labour cost therefore they wasted my time and I had to hire someone else after wasting my time with them. Please avoid at any cost to hire this AK company .
