These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

Would highly recommend Billy , did a fabulous job clearing my very overgrown garden, both him and his boys were lovely very polite friendly and punctual.
