The work done was not the result I was expecting. I asked Jerry to come back as I wasn't satisfied . He did come back once but has not replied to me since. I was promised that I would have a beautiful flat lawn. I ended up £900 later with an area almost as bad as when he started. Jerry is a lovely man but his work was not as advertised.

Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. John didn't carry out the work for me in the end, as the quote for materials far exceeded estimate given. However, he attended the property the very next day I think, he measured up and gave guidance as to what I needed to buy which was very helpful.
Overall service and communication excellent from this gentleman but would have liked floor covering to be used in the area being worked on to have avoided mess. Thanks very much for what you have done.
