Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Ryan responded to the job listing very quickly, and came round next day to inspect the roof. He then provided a written quote within a few hours. The quote was very competitive, and we thought Ryan was friendly and knew what he was talking about, so we decided to go with him. He then came round the next day - a Saturday - to fix the roof tiles, and he did an excellent job of matching the missing ridge tiles and rear tiles. Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Not a landscaper just a garden cleaner and over priced! Broke my tool by hacking at the tree and branches and told me that the ground was too hard!! Little did he know I watched him from window. First day worked hard second day spent 3 hours not a full days job too lazy and only good at cutting grass. Does not have the right tools for the job.
Spoken with them on Friday with my extension roof licking problem. They replaced all extension roof and fitted new gutters in next two days. Great price, great quality, great speed.
