I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

He’s easy to work with and was unfazed when we came across an electrical problem that meant the job had to be extended by another morning. Reasonable, competitive rate charged for the job. The patio is good. The only reason why I haven't rated his work higher is because of the mess left behind. I was charged for a skip yet he didn't hire one hence the mess left behind. I found the mess hidden in my garden which was unacceptable. I had to clean the drive because of debris left from his van. Overall, his workmanship is good but work ethics, not so good.
