Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. So impressed that I hired him. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. From Start to finish Steve has been brilliant. He sent pictures of the work that needed to be done. Then kept us updated with the progress of the work until it was completed. All the work was completed to a high standard and it's obvious Steve takes pride in his work. we are really pleased with the work he's done. We've just agreed for Steve to do more work on our house.
