A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

Kept in contact and the work was done with some changes as they assessed on the job and were mindful of not creating a bigger job. Worked very hard 1st day and offered him and mate more work however turned up one week later with mate at 9.45!! Other trades had been at the site from 7.30am it held up a number of jobs. Asked them to leave.... In fareness should have talked times with them however not sure who starts work at 9.45am?

Very poor service. Could not even fix a kitchen light. Was very keen to get paid quickly and despite multiple requests did not bother to come back to do a proper job. Cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs!

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.
