We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

They dismantled a styled fence I have, removed all old decking then reinstalled my original fence and gate after replacing all of the decking with new. They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

I found Mehraj Ayub's service just satisfactory, despite delays, requesting payment to a personal account without a receipt, and not sending the promised quote until I chased him. When he did, the quote was vague and overpriced. After seeing a negative Trustpilot review that confirmed my concerns, I chose not to proceed with him for this or any future jobs.
