Got in touch really quickly & had the quote same day they came to discuss the job... had the work done, though had to wait on some scaffolding to be put up (don't forget to add that to your budget if you have a extension/conservatory)... communication was excellent all along the line, knowing the situation, timings, etc.. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

He charged me £800 for 3 hour's work. Got the front garden nicely sorted out but only removed the leaves from the back garden, leaving the weeds untouched. When I looked at his estimate, that was all he had said he would do, in spite of my agreeing verbally to £800 to sort out the whole garden. Be careful!

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
Jason was absolutely first class from initial contact to completion of the job. A really genuine guy who worked out the most cost effective way to do the job. A very neat builder and completed the removal of my door and bricking up in the day. Once finished went above and beyond to ensure everything was neat and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending Jason to do a job and I will be using him again. Thanks Stuart
