I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

Completed the work in no time at all and even when he had to come back to finish off due to the bad frost halting the work, he was out as soon as it thawed.
