Thought the Roof was fixed looked like a good job. Tried to contact them as the water is been coming in again unable to get a response

Roofer contacted me delay due to illness has carried out repair under warranty

Came back after numerous contact attempts. They advised they fixed the problem water is still pouring into the house. Have attempted to contact them multiple times for months still no response. Can see where the repair has not been sealed. Was asked to change my review after they came back to me was promised this would fix it and I would not be left hanging again. Now left with damage and in this climate Money is tight after paying them over £2000 very disappointed

Please don’t hire this company I had a leak they advised it was fixed 9 months of chasing them replied once said it was fixed advised I still have a leak no reply. Had to get another company to fix it now I don’t have any leaks please look at other contractors and do not choose these guys

Slate & Tiled Roof
The cost of the roof repairs was quite expensive for what work was actually done but so far the leak appears to have been fixed. The scaffolders managed to break the glass on my garden furniture however which cost me £180 to replace and despite me contacting Larry on several occasions he refused to reimburse me for the cost

Very happy with the result. First class job.

Very professional. Got the job done in good time and kept excellent correspondence throughout. A neat and tidy job. Highly recommend these guys. Very pleased.
