Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Don’t hire. Came round, gave a quote, happy with price, arranged date. Which was then changed as he forgot about a charity walk, arranged new date. Never turned up!! No response to messages the day before or on the day. No explanation. If you didn’t want to do the job, just say so, it’s not hard. Complete waste of time.
