The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

With 30 years experience in Groundworks, Building, Construction and Landscaping, I have the skills, knowledge and experience to ensure any job is completed to a very high standard.
Punctual and tidy, worked well and completed the job quickly. Some of the finish could have been a bit tidier - possibly needed another coat of paint or using better quality anti rust proof paint on metalwork and used too long bolts which stick out a bit messily.
Darren completed some brick wall re-pointing. Fair price, arrived at agreed times and did a good, clean job. Would recommend.

Left my pointing with mortar all over the face of the brickwork. Said it would come off in a few days . I paid the agreed price to do the job but wanted extra money to come and clean up their work. Also I have a patch missing . Won’t answer my calls or text now Would not recommend

Steve responded to the and straight away and came round to provide a free quote the day after. It took under 5 mins for him to assess the problem and tell us what the problem was, as soon as the part was ordered he came back 2 days later to fit and the job took about an hour. The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.
