So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Very good service from Karl who diagnosed the problem and quoted for the job via a telephone call which, tbh, I found quite unusual, however, he arrived when promised with the correct equipment and solved our problem within a couple of hours. We had a damp issue which we thought was caused by the leaky roof, following Karl's visit this is now resolved.
