Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Had a couple of leaks in my roof. Within a month of the work both leak worse than they did before. Messaged him a two months ago for his thoughts but still waiting on a response. While here he clattered his ladder off my window which I later found to be damaged. Not saying it was him but he did smash a couple of garden pots and then hid them in my garden. Got none of what I wanted, more problems than I began with, paid a lot of money and now talking to another roofer. Lesson in trusting people learned.

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. Initially looked like a good job. Very pleasant and polite friendly team. Unfortunately the edging added to the roof came off in part. A swift return to repair but didn't last more than a day before it fell off again. After a week of calling, texting, voicemail and email, no response has been received to arrange a revisit to make the works right under the two year warranty provided.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards, I was aware my ridge tiles and gable end needed attention and the quote for those were good value and the work was done at the same day.
