George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Initially friendly but after doing a decent job on the guttering, quoted for roof work (shrews) which were done poorly and I had to get another tradesman to come and redo them; also refitted the slate roof on my porch - which then started to leak and once again I eventually had to get another tradesman to redo the work. I say initially friendly because when I followed up (I was promised a "10 year guarantee" which never materialised) they stopped returning my calls and messages. I gave plenty of chances.
