George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Harry came and assessed the job and we agreed a price. Came one day later to start job due to previous job overrunning. Commenced work of taking gutters down then said he would need an extra £1500 for drip trays and I refused and Harry said well how much can you pay? We eventually settled on £750 . Work appears to be of good standard and the lads were very polite. But not happy I was asked to pay extra and think job hadn’t been assessed properly. When asked to pay Harry not keen on Credit card option.

He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent.
