Mark was great throughout the job, he came to view and provided a quote the same day. I cannot fault the work done, building us some new red brick steps, levelling ours and our neighbours path as well as rebuilding our Cotswold stone wall which had started to bow. Mark was friendly, polite and tidied/cleaned up at the end of each day. Mark was very efficient and had the job done in no time, but still with great care taken. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Rob did a great job of knocking down our internal wall, but what was even more impressive was the range of other skills that he has. We ended up getting Rob to build garden fences, repair drains, landscape the gardens, build a patio, lay turf, and install a summerhouse.
