George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We had a relatively large pathway that required resin bonding. mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. The quotation was very thorough and Mike walked us through the entire process. Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

I'm very pleased with the work done by John & Junior, nothing was too much trouble. There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would & cleaned up after themselves each day. I am very happy with every aspect of the job & highly recommend them

We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience
