Shoddy job done. Never turned up to fix the problems. Now costing us £2500 to have the patio fixed and made safe. They are rude and unprofessional. We have started proceedings to go to court and trading standards have been informed.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
