Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . The low rating refers to Storm Guard R&G whose quote I accepted. But, 4 men came; 2 from Cheshire Roofing Repairs who did good work & I score them high. But, Storm Guard overcharged & did minimal sitework & then pressurised for payment (+ threatened to remove materials!). Storm Guard have several company names & an initial quote with no heading or phone (& only a Rated People website, spelt wrong!), and my bank suspected, so delayed payment. Advise just using Cheshire RR!

His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away.
