Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.

We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well. Had a toilet installed, and despite a couple of teething problems with a couple of the fixings, have to give 5 star for the quality of the service, the punctuality, communication and time management. The communication was great before, during and after the work was done. Then, this is the most important thing for me, when Marcel said he would be here on both occasions at a certain time, he was here at that time, I can't say how surprising that is from my experience of hiring trades folks. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
