George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Still on response from Patrick about the returned issue. It appears that the area they covered has now moved but this doesn't help with the 5 year guarantee I was promised.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

No one ever rang me to give me a quote.
Use at your own risk. Did good job on garden wall even had comments from passersby say how good it was. Phil even got jobs from local builder based on what he did when they saw it. But as for the rest of the work laying the patio in the garden he quoted £1200 for I expected a first class job considering the actual concrete only cost £305. But he subcontracted it out to someone who did a worse job then I could have done myself. I have been in contact with the person who did it but hasn't sorted.
