Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Would give 4.5/5.0 stars if I could Job involved full rewiring, suspended ceilings, splitting storage area into 4 smaller ones - I'm very happy with those Most things went pretty well, but there were few things why I can't give full 5 stars, primarily: * There was some miscommunication between Michael and the electricians * While Michael was sick with Covid-19, some of his junior's work quality was not as good. * Few things were missed, but I DIY'd it. Will definitely contact Michael for future jobs.
