We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. The actual works / finish is good, although i am not entirely sure i got the door primed & painted in a single visit?. I took 2 stars off for (1) Not cleaning up after. (2). Plaguing me for payment all weekend including texting at midnight!. I explained to Dale i needed to check the works before payment (which i am entitled to do) and made it clear i would check that weekend. Dale was clearly aggrieved by this and continued to remonstrate with me for 2 days,which is completely unacceptable. ????
