George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Excellent job. Fixed cracks in bathroom ceiling and did 4 coats of damp proof paint. Smooth finish and clears up after himself. Very pleased. Will use again :)

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. Very pleased with the work done by Jack and Jarrod to remove an old window and brickwork and to supply and fit upvc double doors. They turned up when agreed, were very polite, kept everything as clean as possible and took all waste away with them. John was a great help in responding to messages quickly, offering advice on our options regarding door types and coming out to measure for the doors before ordering them.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
