Very poor service. Apparently fixed the cord and charged me full price and after a couple of weeks it was broken again. When asked to come back and check he wasn’t helpful and never came back. Had to call someone else who then showed me that it wasn’t fixed properly as all the wires were coming out of the cover which was dangerous. I will never recommend his service.

Phoned me to make an appointment to come give me a quote for the job. But never showed up so not very professional never phoned to say he wasnt coming. so wont be contacting them again

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful.
