Brendon did an excellent job of removing old blinds and replacing them with new ones. He replied instantly to my request, came round with a quote in a day, and undertook the work the next day. He was punctual, polite and helpful, and fixed an extra problem with the window catch while he was here. I would certainly recommend him (indeed, I am now likely to hire him myself for other jobs)

I am grateful for your help with a bathroom refit that wasn't straightforward, as it was for my father with dementia. i Installing a shower seat and supportive stud wall with anti slip flooring and upgrading electrics for a dementia friendly electric shower. It wasn't easy working in a small flat. We had to finish the job ourselves to make it easier for dad but your work has stood up, the shower works and the seat is strong.

You can find us in NW London and we cover North and West London but also surrounding counties such as Harrow and Herts. Fully tooled,  insured and experienced enough to get round any problem you have as long as you can afford it! We are not cheap, but neither are these lead platforms so you are paying for the skills and knowledge. This is highly valuable to all our customers. Also, all works (except repairs) are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding materials) so you have peace of mind. I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
