Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. Leanne was great on the other end of the phone: helpful & willing to provide info & updates throughout the process. Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. I would definitely use them again & only deducted a star because Fabian arrived 2.5 hours after the agreed slot, making things a bit tricky for me

Me and Oskar my apprentice always finish jobs to a high standard. As with Stuart my painter who's eye for detail is second to none We have public liability so are insured for all jobs we take on. I have been working as a locksmith for quite a number of years. I pride myself in the quality of work I achieve. NCFE accredited, fully insured and DBS/CRB Police checked. Supplying BRITISH Standard locks to satisfy the stringent quality checks insisted on by insurance companies and recommended by police. I also board up broken windows and doors, after accident or burglary or vandal damage, securing properties to a high standard. Intruder alarms are a great deterrent, I also fit these. Gordon was fantastic, wanted a few pictures and mirrors putting up, did a great job. He did put the mirror up not how I wanted but I text him to tell him this and he text straight back to arrange a date when he could come back to correct it. Would definitely recommend . Very reliable and great value for money.
