Not only did Eric turn up on time but carried out a superb job. I thought I would require a completely new lock but he took the old one out, checked it, greased it and had it working in no time. Thought the Yale lock seemed a bit sticky at times and Eric immediately sorted it out with "graphite" explaining to us that in no way should you use WD40 on such a lock. He was a pleasure to deal with, got the extra keys cut and delivered them the following day. Also cheaper than expected. Highly recommend.

We agreed the job would take half a day over the phone (I knew what I needed in broad terms but did not have correct networking experience to pad it out, buy a box, patch board, fit it etc). Aaron ordered the parts, and an additional switch I asked him to, and then came and did an excellent job moving things around and putting them in the box, connecting a server, routing the utp cables, in trunking, ... I got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Very pleased.

Matt and his colleagues (Phil and Dave) were very friendly and professional. An initial quote was given on the phone and then a site visit to discuss options and needs. We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. A very good experience. We had a double socket replaced and another installed in a different part of the room which required going through a wall. Job completed quickly and was just what we wanted with the room left very tidy. We were given a maximum price for the work and it came in significantly lower. Overall excellent
