Not only did Eric turn up on time but carried out a superb job. I thought I would require a completely new lock but he took the old one out, checked it, greased it and had it working in no time. Thought the Yale lock seemed a bit sticky at times and Eric immediately sorted it out with "graphite" explaining to us that in no way should you use WD40 on such a lock. He was a pleasure to deal with, got the extra keys cut and delivered them the following day. Also cheaper than expected. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with 539 security as they highlighted the fault was still covered under warranty. There was no charge for his callout and I was free to get the installing company to resolve the issue
