Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Very bad experience. Terrible attitude & really bad worker. Damaged my walls & left loose wiring hanging out making it dangerous to even enter the room. Charged me £850 just to wire up 2 sockets getting source from another socket. Was supposed to connect wires to meter board but instead overloaded my socket & now constantly tripping fuse. Told me he will return the next day & will finish the job but has not answered his fone & has not replied to any messages. After trying to contact him for 3 days no reply.
