RCD consumer unit fitted on Saturday, on sunday I noticed the heating did not work. Called up AM Electrical but he did not come out. I called another electrician who said "Neutral cable was disconnected from the mains switch for the economy 7 circuits" MD Electrical was the only that did the works to fuse cupboard and the heating did not work straight after. Its only fair to ask for a refund £80 callout charge for 2nd electrician. I have to change rating as refund is being disputed.

RCD consumer box was fitted happy with that work, but unfortunately the heating wire was disconnected I was left without heating called AM Electrical for advice, had to hire 2nd electrician who came out and said the cable was disconnected from the MAINS SWITCH and not the Henley Blocks. This cost me £80, seeking a fair refund from AM ELECTRICAL!
