Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. The work done on our home was excellent however we are now waiting for the guarantee of work certificate as promised and after 4 attempts to obtain this my messages are not being answered. This is a shame as the work was good. If you are thinking of selling your home and need the certificate as we now do I would not recommend.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
I found Anthony very reliable,. A good price was set and a job well done. Anthony also followed up on a few weeks later to see if everything was ok. I would highly recommend this company.
