John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

The job: Install a loft access hatch for a side extension to our house, top up the insulation and upgrade our kitchen lighting. Daniel gave a good and competitive quote for the work. These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
