Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
