Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.

Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Paid Paul £1,190 for materials for our vinyl floor job back in September. I had to move the first appointment due to my work commitments, but then he cancelled the next two at the last minute and stopped communicating, ignoring our repeated efforts to try to fix a further appointment. Agreed to refund us within a few days in early December but didn't. No communication now for a month. No refund. Would be interested to hear from others with similar experiences how they got him to respond.
