Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. I had a cracked exposed aggregate driveway. To begin with he seemed confident he could make it look sympathetic to the rest of the drive. I knew it wouldn't look exactly the same but similar. Doing the work ,he used stones not gravel (the same aggregate as the drive). Some stones were left proud not properly embedded. When the concrete had set, the boarding was removed, the sides had no exposed aggregate as with the rest of the drive. After the work he avoided coming to see me to sort things out.
