From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. First class service indeed. Came when he said he would to look at the work to be done. Talked me through in plain English what was necessary and gave me a quote which was accepted immediately. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. Really highly recommended and if you have this type of work that needs doing then Lee is your man.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

Great efficient and really knew their stuff. They were in and out in a day and laid the carpet beautifully. They also were genuinely trying to give you best advice for your house type. We had stairs and landing carpet fitted in an Edwardian House, and it looks lovely
