He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. BDS did a brilliant job, and responded quickly after I put out job. . Currys men (2) said that they were unable to remove washing machine without taking up work surface. This I refused, One person from BDS easily took out old machine and installed new machine connecting it to both electrics and water supply. Job cost just £4 more than Currys had charged. Man was courteous, mindful of my property I can not recommend BDS highly enough.
