For the most part I was really impressed with Kieran and his team: he got the job booked and completed in record time to a very high standard and for a very fair price (I'd be struggling for months to find a decent landscaper). They were punctual and Kieran was great at communicating. Areas for improvement: I had to provide tools for the 2nd day's work and ask for it to be completed to my liking, my house was left unlocked and the lads should chuck on boot covers if having to walk through someone's house.

Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. I offer to send pictures. Actually the price is £250. If it's half van the price £180, full van price £250... first time mentioning that. So after messing about for days now I'm expected to find an extra £70. I just cancelled. Friday was my last day. Whose to say they'd turn up! Went with someone else who did.
