He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Carl did a fantastic job installing our Interior light. Even though the ceilings are concrete and did pose a challenge. He still did a fabulous job. Arrived on time (many don't) was friendly and polite and he didn't over charge, even though it's New Years Eve. Will definitely be using him again. 5 stars all day long!!

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done!
