Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Aurelia and her friend did a end of tenancy service with me. We spoke on the phone and arranged a day right away. They both come on time or in fact earlier than agreed which is nice. They did an excellent job cleaning my previous flat they were very miticulous and the attention to detail is superb. They even cleaned the balcony even though that wasnt agreed in our plan. I am super happy and I would use Aurelia again for my nrxt job. Highly recommend

Janos and Peter did a wonderful job stripping out the old bathroom and installing a new one. Every aspect of the job was perfect. They were punctual, tidy workers and nothing was too much trouble for them. The finished job was outstanding. I can not recommened highly enough. Just great.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. The work was done in good time, communication via watsapp was impeccable. and prices/quotes were competitive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Had issues with some spotlights. Michael arrived out same day (on a Sunday), promptly identified the core issue and re-wired the light fittings there and then.

Excellent communications with the office, however cleaners cancelled at the last minute, or came in pairs but one watched the other clean, spent an hour cleaning half of the bathroom. In the end I decided I was better off on my own.

I would recommend Catalin to anybody, he turned up on time to do the job and did an excellent job. He left my premises spotless after finishing the job. He also charges a reasonable rate.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

We needed a new section of guttering as the old one had warped and started to leak rain water. Matts Improvements have us a reasonable quote and was able to do the job in a few hours.
