Excellent communications with the office, however cleaners cancelled at the last minute, or came in pairs but one watched the other clean, spent an hour cleaning half of the bathroom. In the end I decided I was better off on my own.

Emma was very quick to contact us and then very understanding when we weren't quite so quick with our responses. She sorted us out with a great cleaner and so far everything is brilliant.
