Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. A handyman arrived who couldn’t find my house... I asked for Belgravia to send me someone at 11 am this morning. Two men arrived at 9:40. It was clear neither had English as a first language and one used Google translate. That’s all fine as long as they do the job. The taps were changed. Water is having been switched off, but the bloke disappeared before I could approve the job or confirm the water had been switched on again..other minor job completed well. Doubt I will use them again.

I undertake all aspects of internal/external painting and decorating with a professional, friendly and reasonably priced service. I take pride in my work and aim to make my customers happy with the quality of my work. All my work comes with a guarantee. We also do internal wall skimming and plasterboard repairs, waste removal and house removals.
Jae and Chubbs are nice enough guys and they did a reasonable job on the wallpapering, though there are a few areas in the room where the pattern has not been matched at all. However, be wary of drastic price changes halfway through the job, speed at which they work and also the amount of paper they waste - despite asking us to order more paper, the amount wasted is far beyond the 2 more rolls we ordered - adding a further £100 to our bill!
