These people are quite funny - they seemed too desperate to do the job; gave me a quote without coming to look at it. Then we began to haggle regarding the cost. About two different people called regarding it - I challenged them that I had already said no but they called me back lying and said it wasn’t them. Needless to say, I didn’t give them the job.

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. I needed a flat on the first floor cleared of all furniture etc. Despite being only a one bedroom flat there was a lot of “stuff” in it. The guys arrived on time and cleared the flat quickly and efficiently. It’s unlikely I’ll need their services again for this purpose but I highly recommend them for anyone who does need a flat or house clearance. Wes, who runs the business, was really helpful.
